What is on it
| Area | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| Your setup | Whether the theme app embed is active, with a button to enable it |
| Onboarding checklist | Get started → choose a use case → create your first rule |
| Rule summary | How many limits you have and what they cover |
| Simple Order Limit | The main builder — nine limit types, a value each |
| Advanced Rules | Conditional limits (Premium) |
| Help | Chat with support, or book an onboarding session |
Simple versus Advanced
Both create limits. They differ in when the limit applies.
Simple Order Limit applies always. “Minimum 3 items per order” means every order, every customer.
Advanced Rules adds conditions — country, customer status, dates, what is in the cart — so the same limit can apply only to some orders. It is a Premium feature and has its own builder. See Advanced rules.
Start with Simple. Most stores never need more, and an unconditional limit is far easier to reason about when something looks wrong.
The guided tour
The first visit runs a walkthrough of the dashboard. It is re-runnable at any time from Take the tour again on the setup card — useful when a colleague takes over, or after an update moves something.
Setup status is worth watching
The App embed is not active warning is the most consequential thing on this screen. Checkout blocking still works without the embed, but storefront quantity locking and cart-page messages do not.
If you enabled the embed and it still reads inactive, save the theme and use Refresh status — the check reads your published theme. Detail in install.
