Every limit type in the Order limits section is on Basic. Premium is about how limits are applied, not which scopes you can limit.

Trial

7 days, on either plan. Billing starts when the trial ends.

Two different kinds of limit

Worth separating, because they look the same from inside the app:

The 25-rule ceiling is a platform constraint and upgrading does not raise it. See reference.

Frequently asked

Is there a free trial?

Yes, 7 days. Billing starts only after it ends.

What happens to Premium rules if I downgrade?

Premium features stop being available to edit. Check any rule that relied on them before downgrading rather than after.

Does annual billing save anything?

Yes, roughly 17% against paying monthly.

Do I need Shopify Plus for any of this?

No. Every feature works on Basic, Shopify, Advanced and Plus.
