Two different ceilings

If a rule or feature will not activate, first check which limit you have reached. Reaching Shopify’s 25-validation limit and reaching a plan restriction are different problems.
Getting more headroom
Disable what you are not using. Disable rules you no longer need. Disabled rules do not count toward the active validation limit.
Consolidate. If possible, keep related limits together instead of creating unnecessary separate rules.
Check other apps. Other Shopify apps may also use validation functions. Check whether another app is using part of the store’s validation allowance.
Most stores may never reach this limit. If you do, review your active Nex Validator rules and any other apps that use Shopify validation functions.
Plan limits
Your Nex Validator plan controls which features are available to you. Features that are not included in your current plan may appear as locked. Check the Plans page to see which plan includes the feature you need.
